Overall, twenty-two Cadets from across the Wing have completed all seven modules, allowing them to have progress to the Synthetic Training element of the course which was completed over this weekend with the Merseyside Wing Aerospace Team delivering four three-hour Synthetic Training sessions on Flight Simulators at 273 (Wallasey) Squadron.

The aim of the course was to consolidate the theoretical training that the Cadets have undertaken over the previous seven-weeks, allowing them to have hands on training of flying circuits, with each Cadet receiving a total three-hour hands-on synthetic training session.

“After completing seven weeks of Ground School, this weekend twenty-two Cadets from across Merseyside Wing, have consolidated their learning by competing synthetic flight training, flying multiple circuits from RAF Cosford.”
